Master Suite Addition in Roland Park

In this second floor Master Suite addition, a luxury master bathroom is built over an existing first floor den. Accessed through an existing window opening from the master bedroom, we were able to design a generous and light-filled master bath giving the clients a spa-like oasis in their home. The master bath addition also prompted a redesign of the existing master bedroom, providing a clean and inviting space with new closets and a refined aesthetic in keeping with the character of the house. Historic trim, doors and flooring were incorporated into the interior design. Exterior features include a standing seam metal roof, copper gutters, and fiber cement panel and batten siding all helping to define the new addition and complement the stucco finish and slate roof on the existing house.
