Beech Avenue Sunroom

A former rowhouse porch-turned-sunroom in Wyman Park had seen better days.? Tearing down the existing structure and rebuilding gave the Clients an opportunity to increase the square footage of the space, insulate the addition, and create a more modern aesthetic to compliment the traditional look of the turn of the century home.? Features of the new Sunroom include a wood burning stove, birch plank sloped ceiling, and plenty of natural daylight.
